National ID or Passport — Label as "Id" document type (Missing)

Professional Qualification Certificate — Label as "Certification" document type and select the appropriate certificate type (AIIK, ACII, etc.) (Missing)

How to proceed: Go to your Profile, upload each document, and make sure to select the correct document type label for each.
